Study On The Efficacy And Safety Of Endostar Combined With Chemotherapy And Radiotherapy For Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

[Objective] To investigate the endostatin(recombinant human endostatin, Endostar the efficacy and safety of combined Endostar), Taishun platinum chemotherapy in the treatment of non small cell ung cancer. [Method] 27 patients with non small cell lung cancer [method] from the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 20, 2012 to December 12, 2014 were diagnosed according to the standard of thecase, according to the treatment plan, divided into two groups, the 15 patients in the control group, the observation group of 12 cases. Control group was treated with paclitaxel combined with cisplatinchemotherapy treatment, the observation group of 12 patients in the control group on the basis of the otherday to Endostar 15 mg intravenous drip, to observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups. [Results] According to tumor remission criteria, the results of treatment in the observation group the total effective rate was 83.3%, the complete remission rate of 33.3%, are higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); the control group and the observation group decreasedwhite blood cells, gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea and vomiting, liver function damage andarrhythmia and other chemotherapy related adverse reaction rate had no significant difference(P > 0.05). [Conclusion] The clinical curative effect and Endostar can significantly improve the paclitaxel combined withcisplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of non small cell lung cancer remission rate, with no increased risk of adverse reaction, is worth the clinical promotion.
