The Clinical Research Of Remote Ischemic Conditioning On The Patients With Traumatic Brain Injury

Objective:Using remote ischemic conditioning in the patients with traumatic brain Injury, compared with the basic medicine treatment group,we tested the level of several specific neural biochemical markers in serum and the intracranial pressure level to explore weather the remote ischemic conditioning could protect inhibited the secondary injury after traumatic brain Injury.Methods:60 patients after traumatic brain Injury were selected randomly with the GCS score ranged 3-8,then divided into basic treatment group and the remote ischemic conditioning group. We tested the S-100 B,NSE,MBP level and intracranial pressure of patients from treatment beginning, 1d,3d for comparing the treat effect of two groups.Results:We tested the patients’ S-100B、NSE and MBP level in the serum, and found their level in two groups were decreased.There was a significant difference between two groups on S-100 B,NSE level decline.In 1d,the remote ischemic conditioning group shows obvious decrease and decrease more in 3d.MBP shows decrease in both groups,and in 3d the RIC groups shows more decrease. And the intracranial pressure of patients were also decreased after two groups treatment,and the RIC group shows lower compared with the basic treat group.The GCS of patients show higher after the treatment,and the RIC group shows higher than the basic treat group at the same time point.Conclusion:After the RIC treatment, the markers in blood released from the brain could regulated and declined more obvious than the basic treat group,and GCS score could become higher.The results shows the RIC had a protection effect and could relieve the secondary injury in traumatic brain patients,...
