In recent years, as people’s living standard improves and the pressure increases, coronary atherosclerosis shows the tendency of the young, and coronary atherosclerosis is the main cause of myocardial ischemia. Myocardial ischemia can lead to angina, arrhythmia, cardiac function decline and so on, more serious or even cause myocardial infarction or sudden death. Therefore, the early prevention and diagnosis of myocardial ischemia, which is of great significance to maintain human life health, so the study of early myocardial ischemia is urgent and critical. Electrocardiogram and vectorcardiogram are non-invasive diagnosis of myocardial ischemia, which are the most important and the most commonly used clinical detection method, they mainly use ECG’ ST-T segment raising or lowering to judge myocardial ischemia, this has important implications for the study of myocardial ischemia. However, in the early stage of myocardial ischemia, ECG usually has no obvious change, so the simple use of ECG spectrum amplitude or angle change to diagnose early myocardial ischemia has some limitations.The early myocardial ischemia aided diagnosis mentioned in this paper, which uses deterministic learning theory and dynamic pattern recognition to learn and recognize ECG’ ST-T segment, in the process of learning and recognition will produce a lot of useful information to help clinicians in the diagnosis of early myocardial ischemia, this diagnostic method is a great breakthrough to the traditional diagnostic method. In the process of diagnosis, involving clients’ basic information, past medical history, ECG related examination, diagnostic results and other information, in order to facilitate medical workers to view and use a lot of information, how to properly store and manage these information is an urgent problem.The ECG management system created by this paper can well solve the problem of large-scale data storage and management, in this paper starting from the software development process and applying software engineering thinking, it discusses the design method and implementation process of the system. This paper first introduces the background of the system, research status and related theory knowledge, then focuses on the framework of the system, ECG database and system interface to analysis and design, and with the aid of requirements analysis, feasibility analysis, frame structure, the UML design and database design to illustrate the whole development process of the system. With the help of VS 2010 and SQL Server 2008, the ECG management system established by this paper has abundant functions, friendly interface and simple operation, which is convenient for users to gathered a large number of ECG data, client information, the diagnosis and other information for effective storage and management, which plays an important role in the early myocardial ischemia aided diagnosis project, which is convenient for subsequent research and has the very good application prospects.
