Nowadays, many people in the world suffer from cardiovascular diseases, cardiovascular diseases have been studied widely in many fields. Many cardiovascular diseases are associated with myocardial ischemia, so clinical detection of myocardial ischemia is very important. The electrocardiograph( ECG) is an efficient and convenient tool for monitoring heart activities. However, only the health workers with rich experience are likely to make a correct judgment using this method. In addition, the feature information which ECG reflects is very limited, the actual conditions of the patient are not exactly correspond with the information disclosed by ECG. For the reasons, the health workers are unable to judging accurately by ECG only, they often need to verify the result with other medical instruments.This article introduces a detection system of myocardial ischemia that can mine the richly dynamic information carried by ECG, and model it locally accurate. According to the morphological characteristics of the modeling result里Cardiodynamicsgram(CDG), the health workers can easily judge myocardial ischemia. CDG not only fully reflect the behavior of the myocardial blood supply, but also help health workers to make accurate judgments. In addition, it demands less to detect myocardial ischemia with the detection systemThe algorithmic base of the aided detection system is the deterministic learning theory, which is about deterministic learning of dynamic environment. Based on neural networks, the theory studies the acquisition, representation, storage and utilization of knowledge in the unknown dynamic environments by using concepts and tools of control field. The deterministic learning theory could achieve locally accurate identification to the unknown system trends according to the system which can bring periodic or periodic-like reference locus.The detection system is developed in the IDE of MATLAB GUI, the system includes functions about data acquisition, data filtering, data learning, the three-dimensional display of ECG/ VCG/CDG, and the display of the detection results. In addition, the system can print ECG and the detection results. Basically, the detection system can detect myocardial ischemia in the clinical trials.
