Different Lipid Indexes Of Evaluation Value Of Coronary Heart Disease And Its Prognosis

Objective:To investigate the correlation between Non-HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, TC/HDL-C and coronary heart disease and three prognostic value of coronary heart disease.Methods:Collected from December 2012 to December 2013 of Cardiology in the First Hospital of Shan xi Medical University hospital and diagnosed by coronary angiography in 135 patients with coronary heart disease;over the same period suspected coronary heart disease hospitalized in our department, and no diagnosis by coronary angiography96 patients with coronary heart disease as the control group. General information on recording of coronary heart disease and control groups(including gender, age, height,weight, history of hypertension, diabetes, smoking history, alcohol consumption etc), the object of the study were admitted to hospital after the next morning(fasting 12 h) venous blood were measured in both groups TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, calculate Non-HDL-C, LDL-C/ HDL-C, TC / HDL-C ratio. Patients were discharged after six months and one year follow-up, and blood tests TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, calculate Non-HDL-C, LDL-C / HDL-C,TC / HDL-C ratio, According to LDL-C drops below 1.8mmol / l or decrease> 50% of patients are divided into standard and non-standard patient, record major cardiovascular adverse events,including: revascularization,recurrence of angina pectoris, heart failure,stroke and death, analysis of LDL-C standard in patients with Non-HDL-C, LDL-C /HDL-C, TC / HDL-C value judgment of prognosis of patients with coronary heartdisease.Results:1.coronary heart disease in patients with Non-HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, TC/HDL-C higher than that of the control group, the occurrence of Non-HDL-C, TC/HDL-C and coronary heart disease, P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant; 2. multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that: half a year after the LDL-C standard MACE event occurred in the correlation with Non-HDL-C, TC/HDL-C, P<0.05;a year after the MACE event occurred in the same Non-HDL-C related,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Related to the occurrence and Non-HDL-C, TC/HDL-C and coronary heart disease,one Non-HDL-C the prognostic of patients with coronary heart disease have a certain value.
