| Objective:To preliminary have interlocking intramedullary nails and locking compression plate clinical curative effect for the treatment of tibial fracture healing.Method:Choose the luliang city people’s hospital orthopedic between January 2012 and February 2012 were 56 patients with tibial fracture healing, 34 cases of men, women, 22 cases, aged 15-65, the average age of 36.Etiology: above 20 cases, 20 cases fall injury and 16 cases of traffic injuries.According to the classification methods of bone healing not: 14 cases of extremities atrophy type, 18 cases of extremities normal type, 24 cases of bone side big fat;The first operation time of 1 to 10 days after injury, an average of 4days.Treatment for the first time: 10 cases of conservative treatment, surgical treatment of 46 cases, of which 15 cases were fixed with intramedullary nail, 18 cases of steel plate internal fixation, external fixator fixed 13 cases.Deliver 56 patients were randomly divided into interlocking intramedullary nail group(30 cases) and locking compression plate(26 cases);Interlocking intramedullary nailing group 30 cases, 17 were male, female13 cases;Locking compression plate group of 26 cases, 17 were male, female 9 cases,observe the clinical effects of two groups.Results:In patients with locked intramedullary nailing group, the average operation time isshort in the locking compression plate group(P < 0.05), but the two groups of patients with an average healing time of fracture, there was no statistically significant difference comparing the curative effect(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The interlocking intramedullary nail and locking compression plate is effective method for the treatment of tibial fracture healing. |
