Study Of β-defensin-2 In The Expressed Of Pemphigus

Objective:By studying the HBD- 2 expression in pemphigus, HBD- 2 and pemphigus relationship of the disease.Methods:20 patients with pemphigus lesion, 20 patients with pemphigus, 10 cases of male,female 10 cases; In 20 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris was detected as positive control group, including 7 cases of male, female 13 cases; 20 cases of normal double-fold eyelid surgery patients was detected as normal control group, 6 cases of male, female 14cases; SPSS16.0 statistical software for data analysis, the line between groups Wilcoxon rank and inspection, and correlation analysis.Results:.HBD- 2 in pemphigus in cuticular layer, all expressed her lesions in the sebaceous glands and hair follicles, sweat glands and blood vessel walls both inside and outside HBD to 2 small expression. Mainly in the basal layer, the stratum spinosum with psoriasis vulgaris and granular layer cells, expressed in the cytoplasm of the hair follicles, sebaceous glands, sweat glands, and blood vessels are visible expression, and normal skin base layer were negative or weakly positive expression. HBD- 2 in pemphigus than normal expressed her lesions in the skin and psoriasis(Z = 11.188, P < 0.05; Z = 4.050, P < 0.05) were high.Conclusion:HBD-2 is involved in the pathogenesis of pemphigus, not only can mediate bodyimmune factor release, and immune response, and to a certain extent, reduce infection occurred, but due to the defensin expression in the epidermis, and the days of the epidermis of pemphigus patients are easily broken off, so in the clinical treatment still according to the patient’s condition give anti infection treatment.
