| Objective:To study the clinical features,laboratory results and therapy ofpatients with psoriasis and pemphigus.Methods:Clinical Data of7cases psoriasis and pemphigus wereretrospectively analyzed.Results:Its clinical represent is polymorphism. According to clinical andhistological feature and pemphigus antibody, psoriasis and pemphigus canbe diagnosed, and susceptibly responsive to treatment with steroids.Conclusion:1. Psoriasis and pemphigus is a rate variety of disease.2. Histological feature and pemphigus antibody should be a usefultool for the diagnosis of most psoriasis and pemphigus.3. The therapy of psoriasis and pemphigus are determined by areasand state of the illness.4. An early and correct diagnosis helps to select the project of cureand avoid to excess therapy. |
