Objectives:The aim of the study was to research and discuss somatostatin receptor 1(SSTR1),somatostatin receptor 2(SSTR2) in ovarian serous papillary cystadenocarcinoma of the expression, distribution and correlation studies. Methods:Choose from January 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital clinic of ovarian serous papillary cystadenocarcinoma patients 29 cases,Using specific resistance to SSTR1 polyclonal antibody and SSTR2 monoclonal antibody,. Using immunohisto chemical SP method detecting SSTR1 expression. Simultaneous detection of SSTR2 expression, Then the use of statistical software SPSS17.0. SSTR1 and SSTR2 expression analysis, explore the SSTR1 in ovarian serous papillary cystadeno carcinoma of the expression and significance.Results:SSTR1 negative expression ratio was 3.45%, lower than the negative SSTR2 ratio(79.86%);Weakly positive(+) ratio(41.385) and positive(+) ratio(48.28%) were higher than SSTR2(13.79,3.45%);the ratio of strong positive is the same;Wilcoxon test was processed, the results showed: Z=5.0017, P<0.001,According to the level of α = 0.05,That SSTR1 and SSTR2 expression intensity difference was statistically significant, positive results can be considered in two different expression. And higher than SSTR2 expression SSTR1.Comparing that while SSTR1 positive expression of SSTR2 positive cases was different,The positive expression of SSTR1 and SSTR2 to test whether were the same,Using the method of the consistency test,To dye the microscopic observation counting cell number data use SPSS17.0 statistical software analysis,The data does not obey normal distribution,So the spearman rank correlation analysis,Results show that r =0.007, P = 0.969, namely SSTR1 and strength of the expression of SSTR2 no correlation.Conclusions:1.High expression of SSTR1 in ovarian serous papillary cystadenocarcinoma than SSTR2 have significant differences, indicating that SSTR1 in the occurrence and development of the tumor is a common phenomenon, the SSTRl in the development process of osp C probably is a potential cue index.2.No correlation between the expression of SSTR1 and SSTR2 two in ovarian serous papillary cystadenocarcinoma.3.In the study of ovarian serous papillary cystadenocarcinoma, expression of SSTR1 and SSTR2 this two gene distribution was not consistent, indicating the existence of histological distribution of heterogeneity, so for drugs in the treatment of the tumor, SSTR1,SSTR2 should as independent factors for drug target design.
