Objective To investigate the changes of the common test indicators and ECG of patients with CSFP,and to find the independent predictors of CSFP. Methods 190 patients with normal coronary artery but slow flow and 183 patients with normal coronary artery and normal flow were included. All of the patients were took blood on the morning of the second day of hospitalization. f QRS was defined as the presence of an additional R wave(R’ wave)or notching of R or S wave or the presence of fragmentation in two contiguous leads corresponding to a major coronary artery territory. Results There are not significant differences in age, blood pressure, blood glucose,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL,PLT,neutrophil count, eosinophil count,RDW,MPV,albumin, uric acid, bilirubin and QTc between these two groups. But in BMI,sex, smoking,HCT,urea nitrogen and f QRS,we find significant differences between these two groups. And the Logistic regression analysis indicates that HCT and f QRS have a significant influence on CSFP. Conclusions HCT and f QRS may be the independent predictors.
