Objective:through cultivating ADSCs(Adipose stem cells,ADSCs)with HaCaT cells and building the model of light aging,radiation UVA,we detected the activity of antioxidant enzymes in cell culture and cell activity,and observed the Morphology of HaCaT cells,thus we explored the effects of the Adipose stem cells(ADSCs)on light aging HaCaT cells.Method:in the experimental group,ADSCs were cultivated with HaCaT and received UVA30 mJ/cm exposure of the sun’s ultraviolet rays 24 hours after 48 hours.we continued cultivating the cells for 24 hours.The control group was in pure HaCaT training,reiceived the same dose of ultraviolet irradiation with experimental group.After,we detected the LDH,MDA,SOD vigor in cell cultures of the two groups.Resuts:the number of HaCaT cells in the control group was less than the experimental group.The adherent sex was lower and intercellular space were increased。HaCaT cells became round or irregular.The morphology of HaCaT cells with round and irregular shape in experimental group was better than the control group,and the suspension cell was less than the the control group.the experimental group of LDH and MDA,SOD activity is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the results showed that fat ADSCs has treatment effects in light aging,and reduce the UVA damage on HaCaT cell,which provides new means for light aging resistance.
