A Study Of TCM Syndrome Characteristics And Distributive Regulation Of TCM Syndrome Type On Embryo Damage Patients

Objective:By collecting the date of clinical TCM four diagnostic in patients with Embryo Damage to explore the high-risk age,high-risk groups and the TCM syndrome characteristics on Embryo Damage,and based on clustering analysis, to explore the main distribution situation of TCM syndrome type,and provide the references and foundations for Embryo Damage’s standardization of syndrome classification study. Embodies the idea and advantages of“Preventive Treatment’’of TCM,thus provide reference for traditional Chinese medical diagnosis and treatment before pregnancy. Method:Use the outpatient service of department of gynaecology, in hospital of Gansu College of traditional Chinese medicine and Gansu province people’s hospital,in patients with Embryo Damage of diagnostic criteria as the research object,design the study cases in patients with Embryonic Arrest, through collecting the date of clinical TCM four diagnostic in patients with Embryonic Arrest,by using Excel software and SPSS statis tical software for statistical analysis,Frequency of date analysis,analyzed the TCM syndrome distribution characteristics of this disease, And concluding that the main TCM syndrome type through cluster analysis, to explore distribution Characteristics of TCM syndrome types and syndrome fators in Embryo Damage,And exploring the relation between the distribution of TCM syndromes in the gestational age and previous abortive times. Results:1.High incidence of age ranged from 26 to 30 years old,the average age was 29.78±4.06.2.The patients with Embryo Damage whose educational levels are at least a BA degree are High-risk group,Junior middle school and the following is less frequent.The high-risk profession mostly focus on teachers(16.99%),Financial personnel(14.08%),C ivilian personnel(10.19%),medical staff(9.88%).3.Embryo Damage occured between 6 to 15 weeks, an average of 8.60±1.96 weeks.4.The menstruation situation of Embryo Damage patients with late in menstrual period,the menstrual period shorten,less quantity,color dark and thin as the main performance;Leucorrhea situation with aginal discharge capacity is much,color white and quality of a material is thin as the main performance;The whole body situation with soreness and weakness of waist and knees,fatigue and dysmenorrheal as the main performance.5.By clustering analysis,Spleen kidney both deficiency 72 cases(34.95%),kidney yang Deficiency 43cases(20.87%),kidney deficiency and blood stasis 34 cases(16.50%),kidney liver depression 31 cases(15.05%),deficency of kidney and phlegm stagnation syndrome 26 cases(12.62%), five main syndrome type. Conclusions:1.High incidence of age ranged from 26 to 30 years old.2.Women with higher education have the greater possibility of occurrence of Embryonic Arrest.There is a certain relationship that higher educational level are engaged in the stressful and mental stress work,etc. High-risk groups are mainly teachers,Financial personnel,C ivilian personnel and medical staff,etc.On the whole,Mental work and high-pressure career are the the high-risk professions.3.Embryo Damage occured between 6 to 15 weeks, an average of 8.60±1.96 weeks. It is suggested that B- mode ultrasonography is significant for the early diagnosis.4.The menstruation situation of Embryo Damage patients with late in menstrual period,the menstrual period shorten,less quantity,color dark and thin as the main performance;Leucorrhea situation with aginal discharge capacity is much,color white and quality of a material is thin as the main performance;The whole body situation with soreness and weakness of waist and knees,fatigue and dysmenorrheal as the main performance;On the whole,The disease Give priority to with deficiency syndrome,The main deficiency syndrome are spleen weakness and K idney empty.5.Spleen kidney both deficiency,kidney yang Deficiency,kidney deficiency and blood stasis,kidney liver depression,deficency of kidney and phlegm stagnation syndrome are five main syndrome type. The commonest one was Spleen kidney both deficiency.This disease is given priority to with virtual,actual situation mixture,involving the liver and spleen kidney three viscera,The main deficiency syndrome are spleen weakness and K idney empty,The empirical are mainly Q i stagnation,Blood stasis and phlegm-dampness.
