Clinical Analysis Of Endovascular Embolization Treatment Of Intracranial Aneurysms

Objective: the purpose of this study is to analyze and summarize the cerebral aneurysm patients in different parts of the proportion of intracranial aneurysms, and different types of imaging features, correlation problem of clinical manifestation and evaluation of curative effect, and then to intracranial artery in patients with tumor classification method of system theory of comparative analysis, summed up the patients brain in different parts,size of aneurysm, and the age of patients, preoperative various influence factors of Hunt-hess classification and Fisher classification brain CT as a result of unified summary of the impact of the prognosis of patients with intracranial aneurysms and the clinical symptoms. According to the after part of regular follow-up part of endovascular embolization in the treatment of patients of recent status and long-term effect of observation, comparison and summarization of the experimental group subjects received overall evaluation of endovascular treatment of patients, to provide favorable reference data for the further clinical treatment medicine. In order to better enrich clinical surgery for the treatment of the effect of intracranial aneurysm data, provide strong theoretical basis for current medical development.Methods: by retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2011 January to 2013 December period, admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery, in accordance with the standards of the endovascular treatment of intracranial artery in patients with 56 cases, including male23 cases, female 33 cases, male to female ratio close to 1.4:1. This study enrolled patients,the average age of the male patients 51 years of age, the average age of 56 year old female patient, classification and comparison, classification statistics of the distribution of artery aneurysm intracranial aneurysm patients age, different size, location, and in based on the preoperative clinical diagnosis result carries on the Hunt-hess classification andFisher classification of brain CT occurrence rate of intracranial aneurysm, further study in patients with combined with experimental results, the process and results of medicine,clinical and experimental literature class also contrast the research on the evaluation of this study, some of the existing problems, abundant experimental data and thus better to improve the experiment. At the same time to give a brief introduction to the domestic and foreign medical reports and new drugs related or operation methods, to improve deficiencies left in this experiment better, then this study rationalization, standardization,more practical.Results: according to the analysis of clinical data of 56 patients with intracranial aneurysm, in 56 patients, the proportion of male and female patients is relatively consistent, therefore in sex of the comparison, the experimental data is reasonable,multiple arteries in all investigation of patients with intracranial aneurysms in the analysis of tumor was 2 cases, female 1 case, male 1 case.All patients of carotid artery segments and the posterior communicating aneurysms up to 28 cases of anterior cerebral artery aneurysm; found in vertebral basilar artery in 3 patients, cerebral artery segments in 6patients; 21 patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysm, intracranial aneurysm is an important cause of major non traumatic arachnoid subarachnoid hemorrhage,cerebral vascular accident patients in disease incidence road aneurysm third highest rate,great harm to the health of patients with cerebral vascular and cerebral thrombosis, the incidence of hypertension induced cerebral hemorrhage after intracranial artery in patients with tumors, and once the rupture, mortality and mutilation rate high, serious the influence of the life and health of patients.Conclusion: the statistical result shows that, in the selected all patients with intracranial aneurysms in patients with intracranial aneurysm, operation time more early of bloody cerebrospinal fluid drainage is a safe and effective, less possibility of hydrocephalus, the clinical symptoms of patients with intracranial aneurysm rupture of aneurysm size,position and no obvious correlation. After operation, the tracking effect of recent physical condition and long-term follow-up part of endovascular embolization in the treatment ofpatients, can reflect the overall summary acceptance efficacy of endovascular treatment for patients in this study. Show the endovascular embolization treatment of intracranial aneurysms has very important effect for the patients with intracranial aneurysm.
