Objective:Detection of mild and moderate bronchial asthma children seru interleukin-17( IL-17),interleukin-33(IL-33) expression, exploration of IL-17, IL-33 in the mechanism of bronchial asthma.Method:seventy-six children with mild to moderate asthma were randomly selected into study groups, who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Qiingdao University in wards of outpatient department of Pediatrics from 2014 January to2014 July, including male 44 cases, female 32 cases and including 40 cases of acute attack group, clinical remission in 36 cases, 20 cases of healthy children. Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) determination of the content of IL-33,IL-17 in serum of children in each group, and each group of children’s lung function testing, recording FEV1%, PEF% value. Among the groups of quantitative data were compared with single factor analysis of variance and t test, and the Spearman rank correlation method correlation analysis.Result:(1) The group of children with acute attack of serum level of IL-33 was higher than in remission group(P < 0.05); Clinical remission in children with serum level of IL-33 was higher than normal control group(P < 0.05).(2) Acute attack group serum IL-17 expression and clinical remission group no significant difference(P>0.05); Acute exacerbation and clinical remission of the expression level of IL-17 was higher than that in the normal control group(P < 0.05).(3) Bronchial asthma children serum IL-33 expression level was negatively correlated with FEV1% and PEF%.Conclusion: The expression of serum IL-17, IL-33 in children with bronchial asthma were increased. IL-33 can not only reflect the airway inflammation, and the severity of airway inflammation.
