Objectives: By detecting the N terminal B type in infants of diabetic mothers serum natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP) and cysteine(Hcy) counterparts, cardiac troponin I(c Tn I) level, to investigate the effect of gestational diabetes on fetal cardiac function, and understand the NT-pro BNP, Hcy, c Tn I in judging the value of cardiac damage.Materials and methods:The subject gathered 60 cases of infants of diabetic mothers from 2014 January to 2014 December in Rizhao City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics, and divided into two groups. The maternal blood glucoses control are not ideal mother newborns group(group A) 30 cases, and blood glucoses control during pregnancy are the ideal mother newborns group(group B) 30 cases. At the same time, choose healthy newborns 15 cases as the control group. Detecting the levels of NT-pro BNP, Hcy, c Tn I of the three groups within 24 h after birth, and after 7 days treatment, detecting again of the level changes of NT-pro BNP,c Tn I, comparing the values of each group, discovering the change of NT-pro BNP, Hcy, c Tn I of infants of diabetic mothers, and exploring its clinical significance as a judging index disease development. Comparing the above-mentionded_data by variance analysis to find out whether the difference in indicator is statistically significant. Results:The value of NT-pro BNP and c Tn I of Newborn Infants of Diabetic Mothers increase with the severity,The number of group A and B are higher than that of the control group, and the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).The number of group B is higher than that of group A, and the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment, The value of NT-pro BNP, c Tn I of group A and B decreased significantly, showing statistical significantce compared with that before treatment(p<0.05), but no statistical significance compared with that of the control group(P > 0.05);the three groups before treatment Hcy were measured in the range of normal value, while the value of Hcy of group A and B rose significantly compared with that of control group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05), no statistical significance between group A and B(P > 0.05). The cardiac hypertrophy and cardiac malformation rate in the B and A groups were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusions:1. The levels of serum NT-pro BNP,c Tn I in the newborns of diabetic mother were elevated, suggesting that the early myocardial injury of the diabetic mother is in the early stage of the neonatal diabetes.2. The prognosis of neonatal myocardial injury in the diabetic mother is good, and the recovery of serum c Tn I, NT-pro BNP after 7 days with the treatment of the newborn is normal.3. The serum levels of NT-pro BNP and c Tn I in the newborns of the diabetic motherare related to the levels of maternal blood glucose during pregnancy. The degree of myocardial damage in the diabetic mother is related to the maternal blood glucose level during the pregnancy.4.NT- pro BNP and c Tn I can be as_important indicators of early myocardial damage detection in the newborns of the diabetic mothers.5.The serum levels of Hcy in the newborns of the diabetic mothers increased, speculated that gestational diabetes may affect the metabolism of fetal Hcy.6. Gestational diabetes mellitus may lead to fetal cardiac hypertrophy and cardiac development abnormalities.
