Mapping Knowledge Domains Analysis Of Transfusion Medicine Research Based On CiteSpaceⅢ

To seizethe state of transfusion medicine research,.this study used the Web of Science database about blood transfusion related articles during the period of 2000-2015 as the data source, with the analysis of WOS database software, respectively from the year of publication, subject, research focus, knowledge base and research forefront five aspects to the blood transfusion medicine literature statistical analysis, by using the CitespaceⅢ, knowledge mapping of knowledge subject, research focus, knowledge base and research forefront and so on has carried on the visualization analysis, get the following conclusion:1.By studying the medical knowledge in the field of main body,‖BLOOD TRANSFUSION‖,‖TRANSFUSION‖,‖BLOOD‖,‖NEW ENGL J MED‖and‖VOX SANG‖ as representative’s high reference periodical witnessed the transfusion medicine development,at the same time, output highly cited journals through literature and promoted the development of transfusion medicine.In the transfusion medicine research, the United States, Britain, Germany, France and Canada started early, is the leader and the main research, these countries represent and lead the development level in the field of transfusion medicine.In these countries in the related research institutions and the author also represents the top level of the research in this field.They made a prominent contribution together for transfusion medicine research.2.Blood transfusion medical research shows that blood transfusion knowledge, which is mainly composed of clinical medical research is divided into composition blood transfusion, blood transfusion, clinical guidance, blood transfusion reactions and blood transfusion related infectious diseases, such as blood therapy and cell therapy research;Blood research, mainly on the basic research of type safety, storage of blood, blood substitutes and blood transfusion immunology research.3. According to research focus in the blood transfusion medicine in 2000-2015 experimental medicine in the past 16 years and applied microbiology is the hotspot in the field of discipline, 16 years in blood transfusion medicine in stages and the overall analysis of the hot spots and research focus of transfusion medicine concentration in blood transfusion adverse reactions and the related spread disease, a large number of blood transfusions, cell therapy and prognosis of curative effect and nursing care, etc.4. There are two parts of research, blood safety and blood transfusion safety, as have different research focuses on the change of time, through the analysis of this paper we can conclude that the frontier of research are the patient blood management, cell infusion, blood transfusion practice, a large number of blood transfusions, allograft immune, clinical patients recovery and evidence-based medicine, etc.The frontier of transfusion medicine in the future should be patient blood management.
