Clinical Observation Of Aloe Tongbian Medicinal Tea Used In Bowel Preparation Before Intravenous Pyelography

Objective:Observe the cleaning effect, safety and tolerability of aloe tongbian medicinal tea used in bowel preparation before intravenous pyelography, reflecting Chinese medicine prescription for vein angiography of bowel preparation before intravenous pyelography, providing the basis for the clinical application of it. Methods:Choose between January 2014 and November 2014 in the river of establishing affiliated hospital intravenous urography imaging examination of urology outpatient and hospitalized patients, a total of 139 cases. Adopt related standard reference radiology diagnosis and conventional intravenous urography in version 2 inspection specification. Use the method of randomized controlled studies, include the standard of patients in medical order according to the principle of single blind random divided into observation group and control group, while there are 68 cases in the observation group, and 71 cases in the control group. Both groups have regular preparation: have liquid and semiliquid diets the day before the examination, do not have milk, soybean milk and so on; do not have the high fiber vegetables, eggs; X-ray banned drugs; do not eat or drink 12 h before the contrast examination.Observation group: on the basis of conventional preparation, soaking 3 packs of aloe tongbian medicinal tea(Which contains aloe, Chinese rhubarb, folium sennae, mirabilite, Polygonum multiflorum Thunb, cistanche and sugar stevia leaf,5g par pack,provided by Ji shitang) with 300 m L boiling water for 15 min, take it after dinner(20:00) the day before the examination;control group: on the basis of conventional preparation, have 20% mannitol 250 ml after dinner(20:00) the day before the examination, and drink suitable amount of water. Observe and record the client the last defecation and imaging quality, at the same time observe the adverse drug reactions and patients for drug resistance. Results:1. cleaning effect(The last defecation condition) : in observation group, 53 improved cases(77.94%), in control group, 38 improved cases(53.52%). Show the efficiency of observation group is obviously better than the control group(P<0.05). Constipation bowel preparation efficiency is 75% in observation group, while that of control group is 50%; upon2χ test, the difference is statistically significant, intestinal cleaning total effective rate of observation group is significantly higher than the control group.2. Image effect: in observation group, 50 effective cases(73.53%), significantly higher than the control group- 36 cases(53.52%); upon 2χ test, the difference has statistical significance.3. Scoring analysis of adverse reaction: upon t test, the observation group and control group’s bowel preparation before the adverse reactions have no significant difference(P are greater than 0.05). Conclusion:1. The cleaning efficiency of aloe laxative tea agent used for intravenous pyelography is better than that of control group, especially for the patients with constipation, which has significant clinical effect;2. The application of aloe tongbian medicinal tea in bowel preparation obviously improves the image quality of intravenous pyelography;3. The application of aloe tongbian medicinal tea in bowel preparation has no obvious adverse reaction with obvious clinical effect, providing a new way for the bowel preparation of intravenous pyelography, which is worthy of popularization and application.
