Objective: To study the blood of internal malignancies patients in our hospital infection situation, to explore the clinical characteristics of occurrence of nosocomial infection in patients with hematologic malignancies, analysis of related factors of hospital infection, caused by common infection of the site, the characteristics of the pathogen, provide relevant basis for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods:The research object of Zunyi Medical College Affiliated Hospital onset between January 2012 and December 2012 hospitalized patients, included in the standard of 791 patients with malignant blood diseases[1], 199 cases of hospital infection[2] of these. By using the method of retrospective survey of two groups of data are uniariate chi-square test. Results: According to an analysis of 791 cases of patients with hematologic malignancies were age > 60 years old, the length of time > 14 days, in the stage of chemotherapy, neutrophils absolute value < 1.5×10~9/L for the related factors of nosocomial infection in patients with hematologic malignancies occur. Refer to the same period from the incidence of nosocomial infection was 3.14%, and our department the incidence of nosocomial infection was 6.79% in patients with hematologic malignancies. 199 cases of hospital infection in hematologic malignancies is given priority to with acute leukemia, lymphoma and multiple myeloma, three kinds of hematologic malignancies accounted for 84.4% of all hospital infection cases always; Infection in respiratory tract infection is the most common(52.7%), followed by sepsis(10.5%), infection(9.5%) of the unknown; Pathogen analysis reveal that the gram-negative bacteria(G-) infection incidence is highest, with 35 cases, accounting for 63.4% of the total number of cases, gram positive bacteria in 15 cases of the disease, accounting for 27.3% of the total number of cases, fungal infection in 10 cases of the disease, accounting for 18.3% of the total number of cases. Conclusion: 1)A high incidence of hospital infection in patients with hematologic malignancies, mainly on acute leukemia, need to take measures according to the related factors for prevention and treatment, so as to reduce the incidence of hospital infection in patients with hematologic malignancies. 2)The main parts of the hospital infection in patients with hematologic malignancies is respiratory tract, blood and an unknown site infection. Should be paid attention to in the process of treatment and nursing observation, early detection, early treatment. 3)Pathogen of nosocomial infection in patients with hematologic malignancies complex, mainly of gram-negative bacteria.
