Objective: By means of the COPD patients’ clinical symptoms, pulmonary function, laboratory indexes and a series of observation,The task analyze the limited airflow reversible degree evaluation of curative effect in patients with COPD clinical significance. Methods: According to Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines(revised in 2013),we collect 55 cases diagnosed with mild, moderate and severe COPD clinical data of hospitalized patients in December 2013-November 2014 in qinghai university affiliated hospital, which the patients can be divided into three groups, among which 10 cases of mild and moderate group 20 cases, 25 cases severe groups. Before treatment of the patients,we perform BDT, and record the changes of lung function before and after the test, and compare the clinical symptoms and lung function improvement in patients of hospitalization. Then we analyze BDT on the correlation analysis for the prognosis of patients with COPD.Results:1.Different levels of patients with COPD FEV1 and FVC and IC, the diastolic compared with diastolic group before and after the differences were statistically significant.FEV1 and FVC and IC, the diastolic, diastolic after and before the difference, in the comparison between the different degree, differences were statistically significant.FEV1 the comparison between the rate of change in different degree, there was no statistically significant difference; FVC and IC the comparison between the rate of change in different degree, the difference was statistically significant.2.According to the results of the spherical inspection FEV1 and FVC, IC and CAT scores meet the repetitive measure analysis of variance. Prognosis of different groups of various index difference had statistical significance. Prognosis of different time points of each index difference had statistical significance. Conclusion: 1. FVC in COPD patients, and change rate of the IC to the light, medium and severe COPD and corresponding increase, FEV1 but no significant differences in change.2.Limited airflow reversing levels correlated with prognosis in patients with COPD, namely, the greater the degree limited airflow reversing between COPD groups, the better the prognosis.3.Limited airflow reversible bronchial diastolic test can understand the COPD patients, which has certain guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
