The review of the western medicine systematically summarized the researches related to the development of the method of combined COPD Assessment.The part of clinical researchObjective To study associativity of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases (COPD) comprehensive assessment and syndrome elements of COPD at stable phase and to illuminate the evolution law of TCM syndrome for COPD at stable phase.Methods TCM syndrome Data of COPD at stable phase were collected from four community health service centers in Dongcheng district in Beijing,and the patients were assessed and divided into four groups according to symptoms, lung function and exacerbation risk. SPSS17.0software was adopted for statistical description and difference analysis.Results There were12syndrome elements involving104patients, which5location syndrome elements, I. e lung, kidney, spleen,liver and heart,7nature syndrome elements, I. e deficiency of qi, phlegm, blood stasis,deficiency of yin, stagnation of qi, heat and yang deficiency. The highest frequency of nature syndrome elements was deficiency of qi (75.00%). The relationship between comprehensive evaluation and syndrome factor is not the linear, but the results of a comprehensive.Conclusion The stable phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease mainly relates to the lung, kidney, spleen, then liver and spleen. Qi deficiency is the basic pathogenesis of COPD and it is the main cause and promotion of the development of COPD. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with different complications had an effect on the characteristics of the pathogenesis and evolution law of TCM syndrome.
