Influencing Factors Of Depression At The Acute Stage Of Stroke In Xining Area

Objective:To explore the incidence of post-stroke depression(PSD)and influencing factors at the acute stage of stroke in Xining area,and provide evidence for clinical interference. Methods : 116 native Han nationality patients with stroke were observed, demographic data,past medical history,relevant clinical data,ultrasonic data,image data were collected, HAMD, NIHSS and ADL were scored on day 15 after stroke.All patients were divided into PSD or non-PSD groups according to the DSM-Ⅳ criterion, incidence of PSD were calculated, demographic data,past medical history,relevant clinical data,ultrasonic data,image data were compared between two groups and influencing factors of depression at the acute stage of stroke were analysed. Results:PSD incidence on day 15 after stroke was 38.79%,the ratio of female,living alone,low family income and hypertension in PSD group were higher than those in non-PSD group, the differences had statistical significance(p<0.05), HAMD scores、NIHSS scores on day 15 after stroke in PSD group were higher than those in non-PSD group,BI scores on day 15 after stroke in PSD group were lower than those in non-PSD group, the differences had statistical significance(p<0.05), The plasma level of hs-CRP on admission and on day 15 after stroke in PSD group were higher than those in non-PSD group, the differences had statistical significance(p<0.05), the plasma level of fibrinogen, D- dimmer and WBC count in two groups had no statistical significance(p>0.05), ratio of leukodystrophy and brain atrophy in PSD group were higher than those in non-PSD group, the differences had statistical significance(p<0.05).Female(P=0.001),hypertension(P=0.021), The plasma level of hs-CRP on admission(P=0.045)and day 15 after stroke(P=0.001), NIHSS(P=0.032)and BI(P=0.048)scores on day 15 after stroke were the independent risk factors of PSD. Conclusion:PSD incidence at the acute stage of stroke is high, female,hypertension, NIHSS and BI scores, the plasma level of hs-CRP are the independent risk factors of PSD at the acute stage of stroke in Xining area.
