| Objective: Comparison of the positive expression rate of PTEN in gallbladder cancer tissue, chronic cholecystitis and invasive gallbladder cancer tissues. As well as the comparison of PTEN expression in the gallbladder with age, sex, type of organization and the relationship between the degree of differentiation. Explore the PTEN in qinghai region in the han, hui gallbladder express whether has the difference. Methods: The observation group was 33 cases from affiliated hospital of Qinghai University between 2000 and 2014. Age 27 to 80 of which 26 cases were female patients and 7 cases were male patients. There is 25 cases above 55 years old and 8 cases low 55 years old. Han nationality was 10 cases, Hui nationality was 23 cases. Select 15 cases of cholecystitis patients as the matched group. The expression level of PTEN was detected by immune-histo-chemical method in different groups of gallbladder cancer. Data is processed by chi-square test with SPSS19.0 statistical software. Results: The positive expression rate of PTEN protein respective 100%,96.97% and 27.27% in cholecystitis, invasive gallbladder cancer tissue and gallbladder cancer tissue. The difference has statistics meaning(p<0.05).There is no statistics relation of the positive expression rate of PTEN protein in gallbladder cancer with age, sex, type of cancer.(p>0.05). The positive expression rate of PTEN protein in high differential cancer is highly than low differential cancer.(p<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of PTEN is related with nation and differentia degree in gallbladder cancer and there is no statistics relation of the positive expression rate of PTEN protein in gallbladder cancer with age, sex, type of cancer. The detection of PTEN can be judged as one of indicators for better diagnosis gallbladder cancers. And it is helpful to research the development and the happening of the gallbladder cancer. The different nation gallbladder cancer have some certain theoretical significance. |
