Gallbladder cancer is one of the most common malignancies in biliary system,In recentyears, its incidence is rising,Because the early symptoms of gallbladder cancer is hidden, mostpatients have been developed to middle-late stage at time of diagnosis, operation is difficult toradical resection, 5 years of survival rate is low. So far, the occurrence and development ofmechanism is still not completely clear, Most of the literature report, happened and developmentof gallbladder cancer and many genes have close relationship. Therefore, we research anddiscusse gene which related the occurrence and development of gallbladder cancer, look for theeffective diagnosis and treatment, have certain clinical value and theoretical significance.Objective: Researchers in the primary gallbladder PTEN and Ki-67 expression and thecorrelation between them in the primary gallbladder,discusses cancerous tumors and transfermechanism and relationship between the both with the development and the happening of thegallbladder,Methods:41 cases of gallbladder cancer wax in the first affiliated hospital of Shanxi medica luniversity between 2007 and 2010 were collected, 11 cases of gallbladder adenoma and 14 casesof cholecystitis over the same period were matched groups, expression of PTEN and Ki-67protein were detected by immunohistochemical method in gallbladder cancer and gallbladderadenoma and cholecystitis. Data is processed by chi-square test and Spearman rank correlationanalysis of SPSS19.0 software.Result: positive expression rate of PTEN protein respectively 100%, 72.7% and 39.0% incholecystitis, gallbladder adenomas and gallbladder cancer organization, positive declinedobviously, difference has statistics meaning(P<0.01).positive expression rate of Ki-67 proteinrespectively7.1%、18.2% and 68.3%,positive increased obviously, difference has statisticsmeaning(P<0.01). Expression of PTEN and Ki-67 in the gallbladder were not related to sexand age of the patient(P>0.05)。Expression rate of PTEN was opposite to that of Ki-67 inorganization differentiation degree、Nevin stages and lymph node metastasi(sP<0.05).Negativecorrelation between expression of PTEN and Ki-67 was observed in the gallbladder cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion: PTEN and Ki-67 are markedly negative correlation in the gallbladderorganization, They are related with the happened and development of the gallbladder cancer.Joint detection of two factors may become reference standards of gallbladder pathologica ldiagnosis and differential diagnosis. It also can conjecture the biological behavior of gallbladdercancer and offer reference for the clinical stages.
