Objectives Vitiligo is a disease that the skin and mucosa hypopigmentation were damaged, and it harms to patients, health and appearance. Through the retrospective analysis of clinical features and epidemiological characteristics 693 cases of vitiligo, it will provide scientific basis and help for the pathogenesis of vitiligo, disease prevention and control of research. Methods The clinical data of 693 patients with vitiligo were from patients attending the dermatology clinic of the college of armed police logistics hospital from August 2013 to August 2014. And the clinical features and epidemiological characteristics were retrospe--ctively analyzed. Materials include: Sex, age, season, vitiligo patches, distribution, duration and area size, clinical classification, family history, concomitant diseases and incentive. Analysis and study of vitiligo patients distribution of all ages, incidence between men and women; Skin good location and seasonal regularity; Skin good location and seasonal regularity; The average duration; Various other rates and average onset age;Common comorbid disease and inducing factors; Family genetic influence on clinical features. Materials of cases of vitiligo, income and Excel spreadsheet data are input, use SPSS19.0 software for statistical processing. Results 1 Of the 693 vitiligo patients, 353(50.94%) were men and 340(49.06%)were women, male to female ratio of 1.04:1; Average onset age(25.24±14.01 years), the peak of onset ages 15 to 28; See the peak age 22 to 28 years old. Detected by the exposure area(face, neck and head extremity) were the easiest involvement(52.79%);The most common type was vitiligo patients(77.20%), The onset age and segmental vitiligo compared later(P<0. 05), Most type segmental vitiligo patients was detected in head face(63.33%);502 cases(72.44%) in phase progress; It happened higher in the season of spring and summer(61.04%); The average disease duration was(0.27±5.15years), The course is≤1 years in 305 cases(44.01%), 431 cases of patients is ≤3 years(62.19%); The area of the skin lesions of patients with more are 454 cases(65.51%); 178cases(25.69%) patients with middle school students occupation. The psychological factors induced vitiligo patients accounted for 39.83%. 2 142 cases(19.48%) were accompanied with other diseases. 75 cases(10.82%) associated with other skin diseases, while the incidence of diseases associated with autoimmune diseases was 8.80%(61case--s) Patients with halo nevus were up to 32(4.62%), followed by thyroid disease, chroni urticaria. 3 A total of 49 patients had positive family history, family history positive rate was 7.07%,I level and II level of 38 cases of relatives, relatives of 11 patients was higher than that of III, and the I level was higher than that of II degree relatives of relatives prevalence rate. There is no difference between the groups of patients with gender and family history of no significant difference(P>0.05), But in the clinical stage, the lesion area, the differences, the clinical classification were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 Vitiligo is a chronic skin disease, occurs in young people, Men and women have similar rates. Children and teenagers had high-risk. The most common incidence is limited and sporadic. The spring and the summer were easy to happen, lesion site exposure and the friction parts, which were most common. Psychological factors, injury Environmental factors and autoimmune disease were common causes of vitiligo. 2Non segmental vitiligo can occur in any part of the body, and is closely related to autoimmune factors. The majority of segmental vitiligo lesions occur in the head and face, involving the trigeminal nerve, the pathogenesis of vitiligo vulgaris may be different. 3The closer of patients in kinship, the higher the incidence of vitiligo, the incidence rate are different in genetic factors, clinical staging and the lesion area.
