Objective : With the wide-spread of porcelain teeth in clinical application,it takes more and more attention to the bond issues of gold and porcelain, the most common problem of the porcelain teeth is the collapse. mostly because of trauma or improper bite force and other factors produced. For the case of severe collapse porcelain restorations, the only way is to re-create the teeth, this always bring a lot of inconvenience to the patient, for the collapse of porcelain is not serious cases, sometimes dentist also choose to curing resin restorations directly using the resin chair-side light, however, the problem of gold- resin bond strength need to be further improved. In addition, the new hard composite resin material with metal binding emerged, especially in implant restoration for the patient, in order to avoid traumatic inflammation around the implant, so that the hardness of the crown body repair and adapt to the maxillary teeth, Titanium- resin restorations will bring a good solution to this problem. With the development of hard composite resins, modified surface properties of Ti for titanium –and there is more and more research about resin bonding strength, in this study, we use a new type of hard ceramic composite resin polymerization Cemerage,to discuss the adhesive strength of different titanium substrate surface treatment on titanium, and to study its impact mechanism this study may provide clinical porcelain repair, for the new titanium and to provide a theoretical basis for resin restorative materialsMethods : Prepare metal specimens(n=36) to divid into six groups randomly like following:polishing(group A),etching(group B),sandblasting(group C),sandblasting and etching(group D),microare-oxidation(group E),Ti N film(group F),according to the groups to treat the metal specimens, take one from each group to measure the surface roughness with a roughness machine after that all the specimens were coated with crown and bridge composite resin to fixed area. The fracture surface morphology of the titanium–resin was observed using a scanning electron microscope.and use the energy dispersive X spectrometer to analysis the elemental composition The shear bond strengths of the specimens were evaluated by a Universal Testing Machine.Result : he surface roughness of each group were A:(0.370±0.039)μm,B:(1.456±0.044)μm,C:(2.044±0.019)μm,D:(1.970±0.047)μm,E:(0.683±0.023)μm,F:(2.195±0.066)μm.Compared with the control group, each group has effectively improved the titanium surface roughness(P < 0.05) The shear bond strengths of each groups were A:(5.84±0.30)Mpa,B:(10.22±0.63) Mpa,C:(10.78±0.45)Mpa,D:(12.24±0.46)Mpa,E:(13.82±0.61)Mpa,F:(16.81±0.74)Mpa.All groups have statistically differences(P < 0.05). All the experimental group compared with smooth group were extremely significant differences(P < 0.01) between groups to compare, in addition to the BC no statistical differences in the two groups between the other groups, were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion : sandblasting and etching together,microare-oxidation and Ti N film can improve the bonding strength of titanium and crown and bridge composite.resin obviously.and the Ti N film is the better way.The shear bond strengths of the titanium–resin have relation with the roughness and the mechanical coupling plays a major role.
