Objective :To analysis imaging finding and the imaging mechanism of cerebral microbleeds in 3.0T MRI Susceptibility Weighted Imaging,To investigate the value of susceptibility weighted imaging in the diagnosis of cerebral microbleeds, provide imaging reference for clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods: 40 subjects,For each subject underwent conventional MRI sequences and magnetic head sensitive scanning sequence,After imaging findings, clinical manifestations and history of diagnosed 15 patients with cerebral microbleeds 257 positive cases of cerebral hemorrhage micro lesions,According to the lesion imaging findings were divided into two groups:Uniform set of signals and mixed signal group;According to lesion size into 10 groups:≤1.5mm as a group, ≥5.5mm as a group, 1.5mm to 5.5mm for a 0.5mm between each group;According to the onset of the position into three zones :Cortical- subcortical region(A), thalamus- basal ganglia(B) and infratentorial region(C).SPSS13.0 software package analyze data,Summarizes the characteristics and laws of the lesions, analyze the possible causes and mechanism, and to explore the relationship between imaging findings and lesion size and location of onset. The result :257 cases of cerebral hemorrhage lesions showed micro- circular cross-section, oval or round, diameter ≤8.4mm,Concentric homogeneous or mixed-signal signal signal level and white, clear boundary, smooth or less smooth, no surrounding edema and mass effect.Low signals and white concentric mixed signals characteristic of cerebral hemorrhage micro imaging findings, and Mixed-signal lesion group was significantly greater than the diameter of a uniform signal group(P <0.01).Mixed-signal lesions were located in the upper screen(A and B) area, under the screen(C) zone distribution is less(P <0.05).Conclusion: The Susceptibility weighted magnetic resonance imaging of brain microbleeds have high sensitivity and specificity, can be used as the detection, analysis and reliable screening method for diagnosis of cerebral microbleeds.
