Objective: Preparation MC best extract in order to provide reference for MC research and development in the anti-infective.Method: Chemical evaluation method established by ultraviolet analysis; pharmacodynamic evaluation methods established by escherichia coli and shigella minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of MC extraction by means of broth dilution method, to comprehensive evaluation of screening medicinal parts of MC and its extraction process. Comprehensive two evaluation methods for screening MC stems, leaves and pods part, study on extract processes of MC best medicinal parts with single factor and orthogonal design method. Prepare MC best extraction by means of extracting MC best medicinal part with optimum extraction. By mens of HPLC and UV methods to determine index ingredients for chemical evaluation. By measuring its MIC value of two kinds of bacteria to evaluate the pharmacodynamics.Results:①MC index component had the biggest absorption in the 284 nm, wavelength ultraviolet evaluation method meets the requirements; MC for e. coli and shigella MIC value were 1.95 mg/m L and 1.95 mg/m L. ②MC best medicinal part was pod. ③The best extraction technology for MC pod: solvent E heating reflux method was used to extract 3 times, each time the dosage of solvent for 8 times, each time to extract 45 min. ④HPLC method and UV method measured the MC best extract index component content were 30.78 mg/g and 43.33 mg/g, MC best extraction of e. coli and shigella MIC values were 0.97 mg/m L and 15.6 mg/m L.Conclusion: Established a comprehensive evaluation method(chemical and pharmacodynamics) can filter out MC best medicinal part and optimize the extraction process, MC best extraction can provide a basis for the development of MC as anti-infective medicine.
