Occupational disease hazard evaluation technology in China is still in its infancy, no normative application in coal mine industry, the coal industry dust distribution, concentration, workplace occupational-disease-prevention facilities design and individual-used occupational-disease-prevention articles such as a system of evaluation.This article selects three large and medium-sized coal mines as an object,through the site investigation, testing, application, respectively, in which job grading, occupational disease hazard evaluation technologies such as coal industry, and combined with field test results summarized out the process of production, existing in the labor process and working environment of dust concentration distribution, damage degree of overweight position classification, classification management measures are put forward. Coal industry, as well as the occupational-disease-prevention facilities and individual-used occupational-disease-prevention articles present situation investtigation, and combined with field test results, Suggestions to improve our current occupationnal health standards, to guide the prevention and control of occupational diseases like domestic coal mine, protection of coal mine workers in good health.According to the survey of the field test results, the occupational-disease-prevention facilities, excessive cause analysis, large and medium-sized coal mine mechanization degree though higher than that of small coal mines, but due to the process of change, the scale of production, the generation of the occupational-disease-inductive factors and the occupational-disease-inductive factors increase jobs, despite spray dust and other occupational disease hazard prevention facilities, but because of coal cutting, the caving, the dust source is difficult to control, such as the excessive dust exposure post in more than 50%.This project research has applications in the northwestern region 14 large, medium and small coal mine, the application object workplace occupational-disease-inductive factors, occupational-disease-prevention facilities, personal protective equipment such as management, provide the basis for the decision-making, improve, and promote the positive and effective work of the coal mining industry in occupational health, the domestic colleague’s consistent high praise and recognition, has reached the leading domestic level.
