Objective This paper is mainly to establish the three-dimensional model of cerebral aneurysm based on CT,using finite element method for two-way flow-solid coupling analysis on the aneurysm model,The structure design and the vascular stent and finite element static analysis, according to the structural static analysis results to select good stent was implanted into the cerebral aneurysmin another two-way flow solid coupling analysis, comparison of changes in blood flow before and after stent implantation and then come to the conclusion,to provide the theoretical basis for clinical treatment of cerebral aneurysm.Method On the basis of CT image data of individual patients with brain aneurysm, using the intracranial internal carotid artery which risk in the majority as the example for three-dimensional model and analysis, combining with the MIMICS image processing software to obtain the optimization surface model, and then into reverse engineering software Geomagic for entities and smooth surface processing and conversion to NURBS surface model, then import into the finite element analysis software for hemodynamics analysis;Vascular stent set up two kinds of shapes in UG,and in Static Structural for structural static analysis and comparison of two kinds of stent deformation ability;finally selected a stent was implanted into the cerebral aneurysms in the two-way flow solid coupling analysis. Results To obtain the velocity vector、streamline、 the distribution of wall shear stress and total mesh deformation of the intracranial segment of internal carotid artery; The two kind of bracket bending and torsional deformation distribution map;and after stenting of intracranial segment of internal carotid artery model, flow velocity vector, wall shear stressof surface pressure distribution of general force of deformation, wall and wall map;and compared with stenting of cerebral aneurysm in the blood dynamics parameters are not placement decreased significantly. Conclusions Based on the distribution of theform especially wall shear stress effects on tumor wall,it can be used for analysis of rupture mechanism of cerebral aneurysm, provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment.
