At present in our country community health service center is the main organization providing medical services for the people. These community health service centers set up community health service stations in each residents’ committee. With the development of network technology, the vast majority of the community service center and its branches of the service station have networking conditions. Some service centers and service stations in order to work with each other already done by medical management system. However, in terms of drug purchase the business, people in community pharmacies will report the daily required drug to the community health service center. The pharmacy administrator notify the drug companies for drug procurementafter after collect statistics all the purchasing requisition. Currently, if service pharmacies need purchasing drugs, the pharmacy administrator have to apply to the service center administrator manually by a telephone call or face to face talk.This way is both time-consuming and error-prone. Drug purchase work in each community hospital completely trust in relevant administrator’s subjective initiative, without a good leadership and management measures to restrain and control. In addition, the work of the drug purchase is restricted by local policies and regulations. So there is no not suitable drug procurement management system in the market. In view of the above, the author developed a drug management system in order to improve the standardization management and the work efficiency of the drug purchase procurement.First of all, the author carry out field visits in the target community medical institutions. Related work contents and overall coordination of the work flow of all administrators have been experienced by myself. Deep in conversation with multiple administrators alone has been taken to understand their demand of the system. After many communication and in-depth research, the author sums up the functional and non-functional requirements to implement the whole system. After completing insight into the business process of each link and the function of the system, a requirements specification document has been writen. Then the data requirement of the system which the service centers its branches stations need had been assessed. Then, the design to the overall architecture of the system has been carried on.Robustness analysis technology has been used to research the various demand cases. The way to realizate of each function has been designed. Finally, coding, testing and summary have been done.At present, a community health service center of nanjing and its branch of the service stations have tested the system. According to the current application situation, the system effectively regulates the workflow of drug purchase, and provides an effective means of management. The system can improve the efficiency of the administrator, at the same time, avoid the human error, and reduce the time of purchasing process. By preliminary statistics, service centres’ staff can promote work efficiency 494.7%, if they use this system to manage the drug procurement. And service stations’ staff can promote working efficiency by 88.0%. Mistakes often made by common manual work are also basically eliminated.Firstly, this paper begins with the background of the system and the significance, mainly discusses the research on the development and system. Second, the related technologies used in the system have been detailed. Thirdly, I described the overall structure of the system and the design content, analyzed the realization technology of the system. Fourthly, it is the detailed design of the system function, to determine the specific implementation method of the system. Finally, it is coding and testing of the system’s function and performance. Summarize the achievements which have been obtained, and the existing problems of the next step of work.
