Medical quality and medical safety is the hospital management in the most central proposition, in the middle, to ensure reliable quality of medical devices is a very important part. Infusion pump / syringe pump to control an infusion rate or droplets, the drug more quickly and evenly; doses safely and accurately into the patient’s body efficacy of the play apparatus. This means the use of modern microelectronic mechanical control technology, can significantly improve the efficiency and flexibility of clinical administration operations, reduce nursing workload.This paper research includes both hardware and software components, in which hardware components including data acquisition and computer interface; software part includes embedded data processing program and computer program for data display. The hardware part is mainly composed of the power supply module, temperature module, pH module, conductivity module, standard pressure module, static(dynamic) pulse pressure module, flow modules, communication modules wired and wireless communication module. The major functions of the software are data processes and data displays in terms of real-time acquisition-related measurement parameters and thus automatically generate test calibration data documents according to the relevant parameters.For hemodialysis machine calibration, the use of high-precision sensors and high-speed data acquisition and combination windows system are used to design of hemodialysis machine quality control system for the key parameters. the paper mainly done there :1.investigation through the market, understand the basic principle of infusion pumps,construction and operation method, for the infusion pump / key design parameters ofthe injection pump quality control system provides the theory and design method.2.Study of high speed block pressure on the instantaneous flow rate, average flow rate and pipe, high precision real-time acquisition technology, sensor technology to fill theblank of the present stage of small flow.3.Design and implementation of windows system display and control software based onthe platform, using linear interpolation and linear fitting algorithm to ensure the stability and reliability of measurement data.
