Objective: To investigate the quality control process and outcome related indexes in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(Hemodialysis,MHD),to analyze the completion and attainment of quality control indicators as well as the related influencing factors,so as to improve the quality of life in hemodialysis patients.Methods: The regular hemodialysis patients treated at the hemodialysis center of the hospitals affiliated to Zunyi Medical University from January 2017 to December 2017 were investigated,and the patients with end-stage nephropathy with dialysis age of more than 3 months were selected to conduct the investigation and analysis through the blood purification information management system and dialysis medical records of the medical departments.The demographic data and quality control related index data in hemodialysis patients were collected to analyze process indexes(such as dialysis room disinfection,chemical pollutants of the dialysis water,infectious disease source,blood routine,blood biochemical,ferritin,i PTH,Kt/V,?2 microglobulin,serum prealbumin,C reactive protein,dialysis water as well as the bacteria number and endotoxin of the dialysis fluid)and regularly detect the completion;control rate of the outcome indicators(anemia,calcium,phosphorus,i PTH,serum albumin,Kt/V,URR,weight gain between the hemodialysises,blood pressure,newly added hepatitis B and C),and related influencing factors.Results: 1.a total of 215 patients were enrolled,the first pathogeny was chronic glomerulonephritis(56.3%),next were diabetic nephropathy(14.0%),hypertensive nephropathy(13.0%),obstructive nephropathy(5.6%).2.Process indicators: For the detection in treatment room disinfection,chemical pollutants of the dialysis water,dialysis fluid and endotoxin of the dialysis water,regular monitoring completion rate was 100%;For the detection in infectious disease origin,serum ferritin,prealbumin,i PTH,Kt/V,bacteria number of the dialysis water,regular monitoring completion rate was 84%;And regular detection completion rate of blood routine and blood biochemistry was less than40%.3.Outcome indicators: The compliance rate was,in turn,serum albumin(89.3%),URR(76.3%),Kt/V(71.2%),weight gain between the hemodialysises(61.4%),hemoglobin(58.1%),blood calcium(47.4%),i PTH(31.6%),and blood phosphorus(29.8%).4.There were many factors that affect the result indicator achievement control rate,and the influencing factors of different outcome indicators were also different.Conclusion:.1.the timing completion rate of some quality control process indexes of MHD patients in this center needs to be improved.2.The control rate of some quality control results index of MHD patients in this center needs to be improved,especially blood calcium,phosphorus and i PTH;3.The influence factors of quality control result index are more,and the influencing factors of different indexes are also different.
