Clinical Observation On Knee Osteoarthritis Treated With Overall Acupotomy Lysis And Its Influence On The Level Of IL- 1 And IL- 6

ObjectivesKnee osteoarthritis(KOA) is a chronics diseases characterized by articular cartilage degeneration and secondary osteoarthritis.Light affect the patients’ daily life and work,in serious cases can cause disability.With the accelerated process of population aging,the incidence of this disease is increasing year by year.Western medicine treatment side effects,surgery often left sequelae,acupotomy exactly effective.This paper uses the Overall Acupotomy Lysis treatment KOA,watch theclinical efficacy,explore Overall Acupotomy Lysis treatment KOA mechanism from the aspects ofclinical symptoms improvement,changes in content of interleukin-1(IL-1) and interleukin-6(IL-6) and provide experimental evidence for the Overall Acupotomy Lysis treatment of this disease.Methods100 cases of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee problem which meet the design criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Observation group Overall Acupotomy Lysis treatment for 3 times,once a week;the control group using intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate,once a week for treatment three times.Two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment to detect indicators,watch the comprehensive clinical efficacy, symptoms and signs of improvement scores,serum IL-1,IL-6 content changes of the two group after treatment and compared.Results1.Observation group 50 cases,20 cases were cured,17 cases markedly effective,8 cases effective,5 cases ineffective,the total efficiency rate was 90%,markedly effective rate was 74%;control group of 50 cases,9 cases were cured,14 cases markedly effective,14 cases effective,13 cases ineffective,the total efficiency rate was 74%,markedly effective rate was 46%.The two groups after treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group than the control group,after the statistical analysis,with significant differences(P<0.05),and the observation group is more evident in the markedly effective rate(P<0.01).Comprehensive observation group showed clinical efficacy than the control group. 2.The knee Lysholm scores comparation of the two groups of patients before and after treatment:Compared with this group before treatment and after treatment respectively,there were significant differences(P <0.01),explained that after treatment,the symptoms in both groups significantly improvement in the aspect of the symptoms.Observed group after treatment compared with the control group, in the score,after the statistical analysis have a very significant difference(P<0.01),indicates that the observation group in the "limp", "weight", "twist", "stability", " pain", "swelling", "climbing stairs", "squat" the function and symptoms significantly better than the control group. 3.The change of the two groups patients’ serum IL-1,IL-6 levels before and after treatment:After treatment,serum IL-1and IL-6 content is declining,there was a significant difference(P<0.01)after the statistical analysis.More significantly lower in the observation group compared with the control group after treatment,there was a significant difference(P <0.01)after the statistical analysis. It indicated that Overall Acupotomy Lysis therapy can reduce serum IL-1 and IL-6 in patients with KOA.Conclusions1. Overall Acupotomy Lysis treatment of knee osteoarthritis,comprehensive efficacy clinically significant,and significantly better than the control group. 2.Overall Acupotomy lysis treatment of knee osteoarthritis,can improve significantly relieve KOA patients’ pain,swelling,lameness,weight-bearing joints twist and weakness and other symptoms and improve joint function activity,maintain joint stability,excellent composite score after treatment than the control group. 3. Overall Acupotomy Lysis treatment of knee osteoarthritis, can significantly reduce serum KOA in IL-1 and IL-6 content,and make an impact on the regulation of cytokine articular cartilage, chondrocytes improve metabolism and nutrition,delay articular cartilage degeneration,prevention KOA. 4.Overall Acupotomy Lysis is an effective treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee.
