ObjectivesAccess the efficacy and safety of Ice excitation plus moxibustion therapy on the Dysphagia patients after stroke.MethodsSixty patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients.Based on conventional medical foundation treatment and swallowing rehabilitation training, the treatment group was given Ice excitation plus moxibustion therapy, while the contrast group was only given Ice excitation therapy, two groups of daily treatment 1 time,14 days for a course of treatment. After the first course of treatment, two days of rest, and then began the next course of treatment until the end of observation. The patients were assessed with water-swallowing test and VFSS and the rating scale of stroke symptom, then the results were imported into SPSS 20.0 for related statistical analysis.Results⑴ The total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.33%,whilethe controlgroupis75.86%,the differences of the two groups are statisticallysignificant(P<0.05),the effect reveal in the treatment group is better than thecontrol group.⑵ After the two groups assessed by the water-swallowing test and VFSS, thecomparison of a patient before the treatment with himself after it, whosedifferences are statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment groupcompared with the control group after the treatment, the differences arestatistically significant(P <0.05).⑶ According to the score of the rating scale of stroke symptom, The treatmentgroup compared with the control group after the treatment, the differences arestatistically significant(P <0.05).⑷ Confirmed by the records of adverse events, the Ice excitation plusmoxibustion therapy has a good and safety profile.ConclusionsIt is effective, safe, without the side effect for the Ice excitation plus moxibustion therapy to treat the dysphagia after stroke.
