Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Hepatitis B With Yiganjianpi Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiganjianpi Decoction in the treatment of mild to moderate chronic hepatitis B syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type,to investigate the effect of pure TCM treatment of mild to moderate chronic hepatitis B.Methods: Choose 60 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency, the test group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The test group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine compound Yiganjianpi Decoction, while the control group was given Reduced Glutathione Tablets(Atomolan) treatment of liver.Observation indexes before and after treatment and during treatment the clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, liver function, HBV-DNA, hepatitis B five, abdominal ultrasoundand other indicators of efficacy and safety.Results: From the analysis of clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect, the total effective rate of the test group was 93.33%, control group 46.67%,total effective rate of the test group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.01), with statistical significance. Chinese medicine in improving clinical symptoms and liver function index, the experimental group was better than that of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). In the improvement of liver and spleen B ultrasound, e antigen seroconversion rate, HBV-DNA negative conversion rate, the two groups after treatment compared, there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome of chronic hepatitis B with Yiganjianpi Decoction, can significantly improve the clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and liver inflammation index, has better clinical effect.
