Objective:This thesis analyzes patients with Henoh-Schonlein purpura in Shandong provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine so as to summarize the frequently-occurring season, inducing factors and pathogenic sites of Henoh-Schonlein purpura, and provide reference for further optimizing Chinese and Western medical treatment for Henoh-Schonlein purpura.Methods:63 Patients qualified for this retrospective case study were divided into two age groups for further researeh:30 Patients in minor group(age<18years old) and 33 patients in adult group(ageā‰„18 years old).A comparative study between the two groups is made through observing information on frequently-occurring season,inducing factors,course of disease,pathogenic sites and treat with traditional Chinese and Western medicine as well as comparing efficacy and extinctive time of pain between the two groups.Results:No significant differences were found between the two groups in terms of choice such as syndrome differentiation upon hospitalization,taking Chinese Medicine,drugs for external use, and immunomodulating drugs,but antihistamine drug and glucocorticoids.No significant differences were found between the two groups in efficacy of Henoh-Schonlein purpura.Conclusion:The Western-Chinese combination treatments adopted to various type of patients with Henoh-Schonlein purpura,good efficacy and short course,This is the first time to summarize effect and Chinese and Western medicine daily diagnosis since the skin families ward of our hospital established,and provide reference for further optimizing Chinese and Western medical treatment for Henoh-Schonlein purpura.
