Retrospective Analysis Of 168 Patients With Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

Purpose:To review 168 patients with HSP,summarize the general characteristics of the disease,and the efficacy and treatment of the drug,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of this disease.Material and method:From December 2017 to January 2019,168 cases of HSP patients diagnosed in the dermatology and pediatric outpatient clinics and wards of the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.The patient data of the collected patients were retrospectively analyzed,and the age of onset,predisposing factors,clinical manifestations,laboratory tests,and the composition and clinical efficacy of the Chinese herbal medicines were summarized.Results:1.General situation: 168 patients,the ratio of male to female is 1:0.89;the age of onset is mainly under 18 years old.2.Causes of the disease: 74 patients had a clear cause of the disease,accounting for44%.Among them,upper respiratory tract infection is the main cause of the disease.3.Laboratory tests: Allergen test results showed statistically significant differences between the juvenile and adult groups in egg milk and fish fresh meat and poultry meat.4.The first symptom of HSP patients is the most common manifestation of rash,and the rash is mainly distributed in the lower limbs.There was a statistically significant difference between the rash and abdominal pain in the first symptom of the patient's visit.5.Distribution of TCM syndrome types: 97 cases of blood-heat syndrome,45 cases of yin deficiency fire-proof syndrome,20 cases of non-blood-sucking syndrome,and 6cases of damp-heat accumulation syndrome.6.The most frequently used Chinese medicines in this group are as follows: Angelica,Astragalus,Shengdi,Licorice,Angelica,Valerian,Buffalo Horn,Scrophulariaceae,Xiaoyan,and Scorpion.7.Treatment results: 56 cases were cured,53 cases were markedly effective,and 10 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate is 94.05%.According to the syndrome type of TCM,the statistics are effective: Yin Huo Huo Zheng: 95.56%,blood heat syndrome: 94.85%,Qi not blood test: 90%,Yin Huo Huo Zheng: 83.33%;according to Western medicine classification,effective rate: skin Type: 94.85%,joint type:92.86%,abdominal type: 94.73%,kidney type: 90.91%.Conclusion:1.This disease is more common in men,and it is better to have minors.Upper respiratory tract infection is the primary predisposing factor.2.Juvenile HSP patients are allergic to egg milk,and adult HSP patients are allergic to fresh fish and poultry meat.3.The blood heat syndrome is the main disease syndrome of HSP.4.Rash is the main clinical symptom that prompts patients to see a doctor.5.This group of patients with the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of HSP,has a good effect,Chinese medicine treatment HSP is worthy of further discussion.
