Clinical Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention About The Hysteroscopic Combined With Laparoscopic Operation For The Treatment Of Female Infertility Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:Through the clinical study of the simple Hysteroscopic combined with Laparoscopic Operation and TCM intervention about the Hysteroscopic combined with Laparoscopic Operation for the treatment of female infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,to compare the two methods of female infertility treatment effect,to evaluate and prove the advantages of TCM intervention,to observe and analyze the clinical efficacy and the pregnancy after the operation,to provide theoretical basis for the clinical extension of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine infertility treatment.Methods:Collected 60 cases accord with the inclusion standard,to statistic the clinical data and the content of the four methods of diagnosis with patients,integrating analysis,to divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, both of the two groups are 30 cases. The control group was treated with the simple Hysteroscopic combined with Laparoscopic Operation and the experimental group was treated with TCM intervention about the Hysteroscopic combined with Laparoscopic Operation on the basis of the control group.After the operation, follow-up patients and record the date of pregnancy rate in 1 years after operation and condition of clinical symptoms.Results:(1)The total effective rate was 90% in the experimental group, and it was76.67% in the control group, and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05), andthe experimental group was better than the control group.(2)There were significant differences in the score of TCM syndromes between the two groups with before and after treatment result(P<0.05); there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)There were significant differences between the two groups for individual TCM syndromes with before and after treatment result(P<0.05);there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)In the experimental group,there were 18 human pregnancy and pregnancy rate was 60.0%.And in the control group, there were 10 human pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 33.3%.The compare of two groups was significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment effect in the experimental group is higher than that in the control group.(5)This clinical study shows that the mainly risk factor is inflammatory lesions,including pelvic adhesion, intrauterine adhesions and fallopian tube blocking.The second risk factor is Organic nature lesions,including uterine fibroids, uterine endometrial polyps and ovarian cyst.The least risk factor is genital malformation lesions.Conclusion:The TCM intervention can obviously increase and improve pregnancy rate of patients,the clinical effect is better than that of the control group were treated with the simple operation.TCM for oral and external can significantly improve the Clinical manifestations of TCM symptoms to patients.This study provides the objective basis for the clinical treatment of female infertility with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and provides the theoretical basis for the treatment of female infertility with combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine,and it can be popularized and applied in clinic.
