Near 5 Years Stroke Of Syndrome In Acupuncture Hospital Case’s Review Analysis

Object: This research attempts to through to the shandong university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture nearly five years has been confirmed and hospital treatment of stroke of syndrome patients’ medical records to conduct a comprehensive, system, retrospective study, a preliminary analysis of characteristics of the onset of stroke of syndrome, and characteristics from acupuncture treatment of stroke of syndrome, and objective evaluation of the hospital diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture on stroke of syndrome of clinical curative effect, for the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of this disease provides referential ideas.Method: Cases according to the research purpose, design information collection form, record room statistics from the hospital from January 2010 to December 2010, the first diagnosis of stroke of syndrome patients all case number, according to the case number all refer to relevant cases, the basic information of the patients, symptoms, signs, important laboratory and imaging examination results associated with the disease and treatment methods and curative effect, etc., recorded on information collection form, all the data into the computer, use SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of information.Result:1. This study collected a total of 322 cases of patients, more frequently in males, concentrated in the age over 60 years old, accounting for 60.25% of all collection cases; spring and winter high incidence, accounting for 60.25% of all collection cases.2. Stroke patients admitted to hospital acupuncture TCM Syndrome type to wind phlegm, phlegm network, Qi and Blood, liver and kidney deficiency type were more common, accounting for 30.12 percent of all cases were collected, 19.25 percent, 18.63 %, 18.63%.3. 95.03% of the patients had previous history of chronic basis, which most patients with hypertension, the entire collection of cases of 80.13%.4. Imaging display: In acute ischemic stroke patients mainly basal ganglia disease sites were common, accounting for 40.99% of all collection cases.5. All patients use acupuncture treatment, long needles, body acupuncture and acupoint injection and use, to Yangming Meridian acupoints; the majority of patients with the means of TDP, acupuncture and medication comprehensive treatment.Conclusion: Our hospital acupuncture treatment of stroke is given priority to with combination of acupuncture with medicine comprehensive treatment, including electric acupuncture and TDP and combined use of acupuncture point injection, control of the disease and recovery of the body function recovery have certain curative effect.
