Objective:The literature suggests that immune trioxide(ozone)can improve the early neurological deficit symptoms of acute ischemic stroke(Nihss score improvement difference, treatment efficiency),but not according to the severity of neurological deficits during stroke onset In comparison, the efficacy of immuno-trioxygen therapy for mild cerebral infarction remains to be further studied. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 426 diagnosed as acute stroke in the Department of Neurology,In Hospital of Chinese PLA from October 1,2014 to September 30,2015.Screening for light cerebral infarction according to the standard of admission The subjects were divided into immuno-trioxic group and control treatment group according to whether they received immuno-trioxin treatment. The improvement of Nihss score, treatment efficiency and hospitalization days before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)Clinical baseline data: The smoking factor was higher in the immunotrioxide group than in the control group(63.6%,45.6%;P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the remaining gender, the previous risk factors and the admission baseline Nihss score(P> 0.05);(2)Efficacy of immune trioxide in the group of patients with light stroke: There was no statistically significant difference in the overall Nihss score between the two groups(0.84±1.23,0.71±1.00)and treatment efficiency(45.4%,44.1%).P>0.05);(3)The average length of hospital stay in the immunized group was higher than that in the control group(12.09±3.07,10.95±3.03),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Patients with mild stroke received no significant benefit from receiving immuno therapy, and increased the number of hospital stays.Patients with mild stroke were not recommended for immuno therapy.
