The Epidemiological Investigation Of Related Factors And Syndrome Regularity Of Senile Constipation Of Qi Deficiency

Objectives: Through the epidemiological investigation, This study established the database of related factors and syndrome Information of elderly constipation of Qi deficiency,using the frequency analysis,Chi square test,logistic regression,decision tree CRT,CHAID,QUEST and other methods,to analize the Regularity of the etiology and the syndrome of qi deficiency of elderly constipation.Methods:1. The epidemiological investigation research method, from 2013 September to 2014 December in 237 cases of senile constipation patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency in Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of outpatient and ward patients as the research object, another 125 patients with non Qi deficiency patients were established for the identification of the object,establish the related factors and syndromes information database of the elderly constipation Qi deficiency syndrome and non Qi deficiency syndrome.2. Using frequency analysis, chi square test, Logistic regression analysis method on senile constipation and age, sex, eating habits, exercise, sleep, mood, underlying diseases and drug use correlation analysis, and selects the significance in differentiating factors related to Qi deficiency syndrome and non Qi deficiency syndrome,to explore the high risk factors of the elderly constipation of Qi deficiency syndrome.3. By using the SPSS20.0 software, the syndrome of qi deficiency syndrome of elderly constipation(four diagnostic information) frequency analysis, and according to the diagnostic scale early do constipation in elderly patients with Qi deficiency, syndrome differentiation factors system construction of senile constipation with Qi deficiency; using decision tree CHAID, CRT and QUEST methods to select in elderly constipation Qi Sheng has significance in differential diagnosis syndrome of deficiency syndrome and non gas information in theindex, the optimal discriminant model of qi deficiency syndrome of elderly constipation, so as to provide basis for the objective study.Results:1. The establishment of the related factors and the syndrome information database of senile constipation Qi deficiency.2. The related factors analysis showed that: eat less, exercise less, depression, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, there were significant differences in the two card(P<0.05), With the prevalence of constipation of qi deficiency was positively correlated(OR > 1).3. The accuracy rate of 3 models were 88.7%, 91.4%, 91.4%, are in line with the requirements of statistical discrimination.Conclusion:1.The survey covers from 2013 September to 2014 December in Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, all patients with constipation of spleen and stomach disease outpatient and ward treatment, can generally reflect the overall situation of the elderly constipation. Through the analysis and comparison of the main risk factors to eat less, exercise less, depression, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease for the elderly constipation of qi deficiency, the targeted prevention and treatment of senile constipation of qi deficiency syndrome, complications, improve the quality of life of elderly is of great significance.2. The establishment of the elderly constipation is Qi deficiency syndrome information database, using the decision tree method to analyze the elderly constipation of qi deficiency syndrome distribution, syndrome identification factors, constructs the syndrome identification system specification: defecation fatigue, Shenpi lazy words, shortness of breath, spontaneous perspiration, thin white fur, with further if not make sense, anorexia, weak pulse and other symptoms of constipation of qi deficiency pattern, forming a combination of four diagnostic information of the level of good, the results accord with the thinking of syndrome differentiation of TCM, can provide a relatively objective evidences for clinical diagnosis.
