Corelation Study Of Invigorating The Of QUYUMEDU In Treating Endometriosis And The Intervene 8-iso-PGF2α And SOD Level In Follicular Fluidf

Objective: Research the influence of the Quyu Jiedu method for the expression in vitro fertilization- embryo transfer(IVF- ET) cycle endometriosis patients with follicular fluid in 8-iso-PGF2α, and SOD. And using the method of Dispelling Stasis Detoxification to resist the oxidative stress injury and improve the quality of the egg and the mechanism of the improving outcome of IVF- ET.Methods: This study takes 67 endometriosis patients with the criteria and standards of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic. According to the random number table method, patients are divided into the treatment group(remove stasis detoxification cream + western medicine group, 34patients), and the observation group(Dan I fu kang Fried cream + western medicine group, 33patients). Another 33 patients of infertility(male problems)at the same time are chosen as the healthy control group(western medicine). To explore the differents of the improvement of syndrome of blood stasis accumulate poison between the treatment group and the observation group, and the number of eggs of three groups of patients, the fertilization rate, the cleavage rate, the high quality embryo rate.For the taken eggs, use the follicular fluid line enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA) method to detect 8-iso-PGF2α, SOD content.Results: 1. The treatment group patients with the improvement of blood stasis accumulate poison symptoms, the fertilization rate, the cleavage rate, thehigh quality embryo rate, the fertilization rate and the cleavage rate is obviously better than the observation group, this result has significant statistical significance. The number of eggs has no significant statistically significant, and is closer to the control group. 2. According to the results of in vitro fertilization- embryo transfer(IVF- ET) cycle in follicular fluid of patients with 8-iso-PGF2 α level are significantly negative correlation with the fertilization rate, the cleavage rate, the high quality embryo rate, the fertilization rate and the cleavage rate. The follicular fluid Chinese SOD levels are significantly positive correlation with the fertilization rate, the cleavage rate,the high quality embryo rate, the fertilization rate and the cleavage rate. 3. The SOD in the follicular fluid of treatment group is significantly higher than the observation group, and is closer to the control group; the 8-iso-PGF2α levels of the treatment group is significantly lower than the observation group, and is closer to the control group.Conclusion: 1. The method of Remove Stasis Detoxification have positive effect for the quality of eggs and embryos of the in vitro fertilization- embryo transfer(IVF- ET) cycle endometriosis patients. 2.The Remove Stasis Detoxification method can inhibit the generation of the 8-iso-PGF2α, and increase the expression of the SOD in follicular fluid.And the damage of the protein oxidative in the follicular fluid is effectively improved, as a result,the quality of the egg is improved.
