| Objective:By observing the Hexue Fang of non pregnancy period of ABO blood group incompatibility caused by recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with clinical symptoms and serum IgG anti-A or anti-B antibody titers, and to evaluate its clinical efficacy, for the treatment of ABO blood group incompatibility caused by recurrent spontaneous abortion and provide new ideas and methods.Methods:1.Choose 60 patients with cases in this subject selection standard of ABO blood group incompatibility caused by recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with stratified randomized grouping is divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treated with blood side, the control group was treated with Western Medicine(Natural Vitamin E soft capsule).2. Record two groups of patients before and after treatment the serum IgG anti-A or anti-B antibody titer and the course of treatment for patients, analysis and judgement of Hexue Fang effect.Results:1.Before treatment, the patients in the two groups in age, previous pregnancy number and serum IgG anti-A or anti-B titre, there was no significant difference(P<0.05).2.After treatment, the patients in the two groups of serum IgG anti-A or anti-B titer, clinical efficacy and patient medication number was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating blood decoction in prevention and treatment of ABO blood group incompatibility induced is better than western medicine in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion.3.Safety analysis: before treatment and after the vital signs of the two groups of patients, blood and urine routine, hepatic and renal function indicators no significant changes, and during the medication without adverse reaction.Conclusions:1.Hexue Fang can significantly reduce serum IgG anti A or anti B antibody titer.2.The effect of combined blood decoction on the treatment of recurrent miscarriage caused by ABO blood group is better than that of Western medicine vitamin E,tonifying kidney, clearing heat and removing dampness, blood stasis removing therapy, which is an effective method for the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by ABO blood group. |
