The Value Of Tonifying And Resuscitating Therapy In Improving The Prognosis Of Patients In Coma After Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Objective: To study the method of benefit to understand consciousness recovery in patients with postoperative coma cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) to improve the effect of prognosis.Methods: Collected above hospital intensive medicine in shandong province were admitted from September 1, 2013 to February 28, 2015, during the line, a total of 34 patients with coma after successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Including 3 off cases, 31 cases collection.The simple patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group on the basis of the 2010 cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) guidelines given conventional western medicine comprehensive treatment, including the optimization of the gas exchange, the heart rhythm and hemodynamic monitoring and management, the low temperature treatment, blood sugar control, and etiological treatment, focus on giving protect brain, relieve cerebral edema patients for the treatment of brain function;Experimental group according to the scheme of awake by the combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine, in the control group on the basis of benefit to understand method combined with refreshing static injection, and attached to the Chinese native medicine preparation treatment such as injection, injection of arteries and veins.The clinical observation period for 10 days.In patients after illness in the ICU, 10 days after the observation period, respectively, to give patients the APACHE Ⅱ score and TCM syndrome integral evaluation.Treatment in the process of giving the BIS monitor patients, are recorded in patients after illness into groups 1 day(24 hours), average BIS monitoring results, 10 day average BIS monitoring results.Ratio of 10 days to record patient at the same time, 28 days case fatality rate, also included in the comparative data.Results: 10 days after treatment, compared with the control group, experimental group BIS monitoring index in consciousness recovery in patients with more obvious.Experimental group compared with controls the BIS index difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Two groups of APACHE score and TCM symptom Ⅱscore decreased.Experimental group patients to 10 days was higher, lower fatality rate of 28 days, but without statistical significance.Conclusion: on the basis of conventional western medicine comprehensive treatment according to the benefit to understand method combined with traditional Chinese medicine preparation has certain value to promote patients recovery of consciousness, to a certain extent, improve the prognosis of patients with coma cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).
