| Objective: This research through the observation of the merger of abdominal obesity hypertension to find the treatment of the forth formula of vertigo in abdominal obesity hypertension, type of phlegmatic hygrosis flourishing syndrome. At the same time, to find more ideas and methods in this disease of the syndrome differentiation and treatment.Materials and methods: This study combined 120 patients who combined abdominal obesity hypertension cases as the research object from medical outpatient in traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital of Jining, December 2011 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, respectively give corresponding drugs for treatment, a course of one month, and blood pressure were observed before and after treatment the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs.Results: 1. The treatment group and control group all can improve overall syndromes, the treatment group improved more obviously.2. The treatment group and control group can effectively reduce the classⅠhigh blood pressure(P > 0.05). 3. The treatment group can effectively reduce the class II high blood pressure relative to control group(P < 0.05). 4. For dizziness, headache, chest tightness, head weight, such as wrapping, insomnia, treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01), in the treatment of vomit saliva sputum and palpitations there was no evident difference in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: the treatment of the forth formula of vertigo for abdominal obesity hypertension can effectively improve TCM syndrome patients, effectively reduce the class II high blood pressure. The TCM syndrome in the treatment group is better than the control group. Results showed that the treatment group can reduce blood pressure in patients with overall situation. The study can enrich hypertension syndromes of phlegmatic hygrosis flourishing syndrome treatment, meanwhile make a broader thinking to clinical treatment in this disease. |
