The Clinical Research Of Abdominal Acupuncture Combined Huatan Tongluo Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Gastroparesis(Phlegmatic Hygrosis Retardant Syndrome)

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with huatan tongluo decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(phlegmatic hygrosis retardant syndrome).Method: All the cases were clinic patients from January 2017 to January 2018 in changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital endocrinology,including outpatient and inpatient two parts.60 cases meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetic gastroparesis,and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for diabetes gastroparesis(phlegmatic hygrosis retardant syndrome).By using the method,the cases would be randomly divided into two groups,including treatment group(30 cases)and controlled group(30 cases)respectively.The two groups of patients were treated with the basic treatment of diabetes,and the treatment group was treated with the combination of abdominal acupuncture and huatan tongluo decoction.Meanwhile,the controlled group was added to the tablet of moxacin citrate.After two weeks,we observed the outcome of the treatment,and we conducted further analysis by comparing the observation indicators before and after treatment.Result: After two weeks of treatment,we compared,analyzed and summarize the effect of two groups.It can be concluded that the treatment group coefficient of gastric emptying is superior to the controlled group in the aspect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms.The total effective rate of the treatment group in the improvement of TCM symptoms was 93.33%,and the rate of the controlled group in that was 73.33%.In the treatment group,the total effective rate of the gastric emptying coefficient was 90%,and the rate in the controlled group was 70%,which is statistically significant.There were also differences between the two groups before and after treatment.The treatment group was slightly better than the control group.Through observation,comparison and analysis of various indicators before and after treatment,it can be concluded that the treatment group is superior to the controlled group in improving gastric emptying test,improving TCM symptoms and controlling blood glucose.We further concluded that abdominal acupuncture combined huatan tongluo decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(phlegmatichygrosis retardant syndrome)has significant curative effect to tablet of moxacin citrate.Additionally,no adverse reactions,easy acceptance are the advantage of TCM therapy in the treatment of the disease.Conclusion: It can be seen from the short-term clinical efficacy that abdominal acupuncture combined huatan tongluo decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(phlegm-dampness syndrome)is effective.Most patients' situation after the treatment were improved,with the benefits of no side effects,safety insurance,and low cost.This provides a powerful scientific basis for diabetic gastroparesis using the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.Also there is a broad prospect with using the abdominal acupuncture combined huatan tongluo decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(phlegmatic hygrosis retardant syndrome).The method also provide for the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and for a variety of complications.Our treatment method expand the field of TCM therapy for clinical diseases,which is conducive to promoting.
