The Clinical Curative Effect Of Electric Acupuncture Treatment Of Wagner 0 Grade Diabetic Foot And The Intervention Effect Of Nerve Electrophysiology

OBJECTIVE By comparing with the control group to observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture( EA) intervention of Wagner0 grade diabetic foot in clinical curative effect and the effect of interference from the Nerve conduction studies(NCS)and The quality of life scale,and to explore the clinical application value of acupuncture and moxibustion on prevention of diabetic foot and mechanism research, for the prevention and treatment of 0 grade diabetic foot provide an effective solution and theoretical support.Method We had Collected 65 Wagner 0 grade DF cases which had met the inclusion criteria from the endocrine inpatient and outpatient service in our hospital, then they were randomly divided into two groups. Both the two groups were given the basic treatment. The treatment group had received the EA intervention based on the control group. the whole research was continued for one and a half months,at the ending of the study,we will judge their clinical curative effect by detected Symptom score and the NCS.RESULTS 1.In this study, the treatment group of clinical efficacysuperiorto the control group had significantdifference(P <0.05) after treatment. 2.In this study,both the two groups had improved the quality of life scale,while the treatment group was better. 3. In this study,both the two groups had reduced the TSS,while the treatment group was better. 4.The Changes of NCS about two groups of patients before and after treatment: Motor conduction function: both the two groups had improved the the Motor conduction function after treatment(P <0.05), and there was a significant difference in change in Motor conduction function in treatment group compared to the control group.(P <0.05); Sensory conduction Both the control group and the treatment group,the Sensory conduction had significantly increased after treatment(P <0.05), and There was a significant difference in change in Sensory conduction between the treatment group and the control group.(P <0.05).CONCLUSIONS 1. The research found that after treatment, the treatment group is better than that of control group in efficacy of 0 grade diabetic foot,; 2. Through the study found that the EA treatment can relief the syndrome of the 0 grade diabetic foot; Through the study found that electrical neural physiological 0 grade diabetic foot have intervention effect, can improve the function of sensory conduction.3.
