Clinical Study On Treating Tachyarrhythmia Of Fire Due To Yin,Upsetting Deficiency With Pingxinfumai Tang

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Pingxinfumai Tang on Tachyarrhythmia of Fire due to Yin,Upsetting Deficiency and explore its mechanism.Methods:60 patients of Tachyarrhythmia of Fire due to Yin,Upsetting Deficiency were divided randomly into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). The treatment group was treated with Pingxinfumai Tang. The controlgroup was treated with Shensong yangxin capsule. The changes of Dynamic Electrocardiograthy, clinical symptoms,quality of life,Blood fat and the safety indexes were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:1. The effect rate of the treatment group in treating Tachyarrhythmia of Fire due to Yin,Upsetting Deficiency Disease 86.67%,which had no obvious difference to 83.33% of control group(P>0.05).2. The treatment group is better than the control group in ameliorating clinical symptom.3.Both group all can improve the quality of life(P<0.05),and there is no obvious deference between the two groups(P>0.05). 4. The treatment group is superior to the control group in improving HDL-c and LDL-c.5.The treatment group can decrease HGB and WBC.Conclusion:The methods of keep Yin spilled hot and Fumainingxin and Yiqihuoxue is an effective therapeutic method,and Pingxinfumai Tang is effective and safe for the patients with Tachyarrhythmia of Fire due to Yin,Upsetting Deficiency.
