Study On A New Type Of Portable Field Modular Medical System

Object: Study the theory of medical support of military mission and the security model, develop the new series of portable medical equipment, and integrate the main functions of the medical support teams, in order to provide one-stop emergency rescue plan for wounded and eliminate the incoordination of medical units. It provides integrated medical security shelter and comprehensive health care application for non war military operations.Methods: By studying the characteristics of medical support of military action and model, analyze the finite element modeling of comprehensive emergency security shelter. Based on that and the principle of modularization, the security shelter can be divided into reasonable divisions which is a medical unit module, so that the security shelter can be built to meet the requirements of the emergency service.Results: Field medical unit modular system can be optimized and combined internally after being equipped by medical unit, and be built comprehensively and flexibly. It can be used for separate missions and updated according to the mission requirement. Not only can it meet the requirements of battle support which based on information system, but also be adapted to different models of medical units in non war military mission environments. All these improve the training level of the medical force under different environment and ability of emergency medical rescue.Conclusion: Taking the advantages of regional resources, test the actual effectiveness of modular medical unit system through the establishment medical strength and the military hospital mobile medical team for the real soldiers live-fire exercise. This system can further expand the security scope of emergency mobile medical team, and enhance the adaptability and pertinence of medical service support after equipped with forces. Divisions under the military health organization can be further optimized internal combination, optimization of modular organization, and establishing intensive, modular, field mobile medical service force, so that to form the different size and structure of security team which can be used by concentrated at the corresponding levels and for occasional required combination. By implementing medical unit system integration, it can significantly improve integrated support capability, and promote the model and method of medical security generation.
