| Objective: Through study on emotional diseases syndrome differentiation thoughts in Jingui Yaolue and emotional diseases therapy law of Jin, Sui and Tang Dynasty, as well as analysis of the two, to explore inheritance and development of medical books in Jin, Sui and Tang Dynasty to Jingui Yaolue with the expect to provide some ideas for emotional diseases syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods: 1. We summarized some emotional diseases syndrome differentiation and treatment characteristics of Jingui Yaolue. 2. We searched, classified and summarized emotion-related diseases literatures in medical books of Jin, Sui and Tang Dynasty, from aspects of names, causes, pathogenesis as well as syndrome differentiation and treatment and medicine etc., and input them into Excel. And then we collected pathogenesis, symptoms and medicine etc. of high frequency to analyzed emotional diseases treatment law of Jin, Sui and Tang Dynasty.Conclusion: In medical books of Jin, Sui and Tang Dynasty, for naming of emotional diseases, got some diversified extension compared to Jingui Yaolue: on syndrome differentiation, they discussed not only syndrome differentiation with the core of five-zang theories in Jingui Yaolue, but also emotional disorders for six-fu dysfunction, which was more systematical; on treatment, they put stress on both oral medicine and mind easing and acupuncture and massage therapy began to be used for emotional diseases increasingly; on medicine, the medicine types were more multiple than those in Jingui Yaolue. |
